Amanda and Robbie's prettiest of country weddings ..... Somerset Dam wedding photographer

I have been impatiently waiting for Amanda and Robbie's wedding ever since Amanda first came to see me and described her perfect wedding day.  The venue, Coronation Hall in Somerset Dam Village, is a beautiful old corrugated iron heritage hall north west of Brisbane.  I drove past the hall some years ago and stopped to take some photos as I was so taken with it, so naturally I was very excited about doing a wedding there.

The rest of the details were all so pretty and perfect that I've included many, many shots of them in this post (as well as plenty of the gorgeous bride and groom!).  The immaculate styling of the hall and the ceremony by Lovebird Weddings, the spectacular flowers and bouquets by Ginger Lily and Rose, the stunning dress by Elizabeth de Varga (designed by Amanda), and the sweet and touching ceremony conducted by Mary Bruce were just a few of the beautiful details of the day.  And then there were the amazing jacarandas in the village all in full bloom, a wonderful meal with a delicious pig on the spit, and friends and family dancing all night to a bush band .... it was certainly a wedding that the guests (and Terri and I) will never forget :)

♥  Congratulations Amanda + Robbie ♥
