Sunshine Coast Wedding and Portrait Photographer - Elliana

Meet Ellie.  Seriously, could she be any cuter?

peek-a-boo!

What happened to my ladybug outfit?

I really love this balloon but why does it have to be tied round my wrist?

Oh. OK. That's why.

Whose bright idea was it to bring a balloon to the beach anyway?

Big Splash!

Hey Cupcake!

I found these lovely little sugar cake decorations at the Eumundi Markets, along with the cute polka dot cupcake cases, so it seemed an ideal excuse to make some for mothers' day - so happy mothers' day too all of you mothers out there!

Sunshine Coast Wedding and Portrait Photographer - Melbourne

Just got back from a great couple of days in Melbourne with a friend - mostly to see an exhibition by my favourite wildlife photographer Nick Brandt.  My first trip to Melbourne - such a vibrant busy city.  The weather was sunny/drizzly/stormy but made for some great skies.  Here are some of my impressions ...

Sunrise over Flinders Street Station from the Citigate hotel

Rower on the Yarra

Statue near the Royal Botanical Gardens

Virginia creeper on the Victoria Barracks and the National Gallery of Victoria

Sunshine Coast Wedding Photographer - Noosa Wedding

A lovely wedding last weekend with a great young couple. The bridal party preparations took place at The Islander Resort in Noosaville (the gorgeous bouquets were by Suncoast Flowers) followed by the wedding ceremony at the wonderfully light filled Pomona Catholic Church. After the ceremony the bridal party hired a boat (from O Boat Hire in Noosaville) and we went over to the sandbank on Noosa northshore for the photoshoot. What a beautiful spot! And there was nobody there so there was no pressure to organise the bridal party to avoid holidaymakers appearing in the background. Yay! So I could just follow everyone around and take photos while they had fun. We then made a quick detour to Noosa Spit for an icecream and photos under one of the lovely pandanus palms there. The reception was at The Boathouse in Noosaville, (another amazing location), where the guests watched a spectacular sunset before partying on into the night. I love being a wedding photographer on the beautiful Sunshine Coast! See more of this wedding on my facebook page ....
